PASS PE Civil collects account information, exam activity, notes, feedback, and billing-entitlement information needed to provide the simulator. Authentication and data storage are provided by Firebase; payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment-card details.
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate product usage. Google Analytics may receive usage, device, browser, referral, and general location information; Google states that GA4 uses IP addresses at collection time to determine location and then discards them before logging. Feedback is processed and stored by Netlify Forms. The feedback form asks for an optional email address and may include the current question ID, discipline, and topic, but it does not automatically send the question text or answer. Netlify records submission metadata, including the submission time and source IP address, for form processing and abuse prevention.
We use information to operate the service, save progress, provide analytics, manage access, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by emailing support@passpecivil.com. Some transaction records may be retained where legally required.
We use reasonable technical safeguards, but no internet service is risk-free. The service is intended for adults preparing for professional licensure and is not directed to children under 13.
