PASS PE Civil collects account information, exam activity, notes, and billing-entitlement information needed to provide the simulator. Authentication and data storage are provided by Firebase; payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment-card details.
We use information to operate the service, save progress, provide analytics, manage access, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by emailing support@passpecivil.com. Some transaction records may be retained where legally required.
We use reasonable technical safeguards, but no internet service is risk-free. The service is intended for adults preparing for professional licensure and is not directed to children under 13.
